Questions
Before you book.
Who is the evaluation for?
Adults and teens who are physically located in FL, GA, CO, VA, TX, MN, MI, OH, or CA at the time of the visit and want a careful, professional answer about ADHD.
How long does it take?
The intake forms take about 15 to 20 minutes. The video visit runs about 45 to 60 minutes.
Will I definitely be diagnosed with ADHD?
No. This is an honest clinical assessment. Some people meet criteria for ADHD, some don't, and some have another explanation for their symptoms. Payment never guarantees a particular result.
Do you take insurance?
We are self-pay. HSA and FSA cards work, and we can give you a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
What do I need for the visit?
A quiet, private space, a phone or computer with a camera, and a government photo ID. Past evaluations or school records help if you have them, but they aren't required.
