- Membership (adult): $149/month, cancel any time — your first cycle covers the initial ADHD evaluation and 45 minutes of visit time; each cycle after covers a follow-up visit or a medication management check, one per month
- Included with every membership: direct 24/7 access to your own physician — your issues are worked through by your physician himself, with his medical team behind him. Not a call center, not a triage line, not a message answered in three business days. This is concierge-level access without concierge-level pricing. Phone check-ins and messaging at no extra charge, so any issue is one text or one call away. For a medical emergency, call 911.
- Membership (teen & child): $545 for the initial evaluation, then $189/month — the initial fee covers an extensive history retrieval process and the formal testing a proper child evaluation requires, and is arranged separately; we send you the booking link after your consult
- Additional medication management visit: $150
- Additional follow-up visit (30 min): $100
All payments are processed securely through our scheduling system. HSA and FSA cards are accepted. We provide itemized superbills you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement — many PPO plans reimburse a portion of self-pay visits.
