- Initial ADHD evaluation (45 min): $39 booking deposit + $110 at the end of the visit · $149 total
- Medication management visit: $150
- Follow-up visit (30 min): $100
All payments are processed securely through our scheduling system. HSA and FSA cards are accepted. We provide itemized superbills you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement — many PPO plans reimburse a portion of self-pay visits.
